We called them to come out and pump the septic tank. We were not sure where our septic tank was located. They wouldnt help look for it and told us when we found it to call them and he left. We contacted another septic tank service and they came out and found it for us and had the job done in a few hours. We'll never recommend Webb to anyone

I called and asked for someone to come out and look at my garbage disposal. He said he could come out the next week but didn’t know what day it would be. He asked if he could just call the day of and I said sure. Give me about an hour notice. This was 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard from them.
