I am very disappointed !n#1 issue...my water leak issue was not found or fixed.n***#2 and Main Issue ...was told 110$ and gave my Debit card number...Only to find out I was actually charged 180$nThe Manager Allen said it was MY fault for not knowing the rate...nWhen in fact the technician Travis Halstead said it would be 110$.nSo basically with a debit card number they Will TAKE any amount they desire.
Little pricey but got the repairs done very quickly which was very important. I own a vacation rental and had guests. I was out of town and they arrived within 3 hours after I called.
Had another Plumbing Service come 3 times, to no avail. But, when Roto Rooter sent Sid & Zack they had it done in an Hour & it’s been great since. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!
