There is a great story here and it is ran by a lovely family. Dont come here expecting the world but if you want to learn about mining and some cool buildings then this is the place.

It is amazing! There is so much history and the owner has such a love and passion for his little home town!

My grandfather Henry Emfinger owns it. He has put his heart and soul into this museum he knows so many things about coal mining. It has been his dream for a long time to have this and share the thoughts and stories and facts about coal mining. If you'd like to know more please come by and enjoy yourselves.
