Pet Supermarket

I am really disappointed in how far this store has fallen. It WAS wonderful, the staff was friendly, and it was clean for a long time, but over the past month I’ve noticed a change in staffing. The new staff is not friendly and the store is filthy. I was in today and was disappointed because the reptiles had no lights. The fish tanks were dirty and dead fish were just sitting on the counter. I needed food for my Guinea Pigs and the food they eat is STILL not back in stock(Health Diet), I walked around for 30 minutes, having to dodge pallets of product all over the store so that I don’t trip. And in my entire time not one associate spoke to me. The only thing ever said to me was asking for my phone number. I am not sure what happened to the previous staff, but whoever is doing the current hiring and managing needs to be changed out.

My son loves this place. Buys fish from here.
