Pet Supplies Plus Pelham

I highly recommend this pet store. Their employees are knowledgeable and kind. They love my dog and treat him like royalty every time we walk in. They even go to the trouble to open new bags of treats that do not contain chicken since he is allergic to chicken. They do this so he can still get a treat. I also recommend this place for bathing. They just did an awesome remodel. This remodel of the bath area made it a lot easier and smoother. This was the easiest and smoothest bath I’ve ever given my dog.

Excellent service from really awesome staff. They adopted masking early and have been reliable. They offer curbside service where you don't have to come in at all, curbside/online pickup where you have a separate checkout to help keep from waiting in line, or regular checkout but with precautions. Products are fresh, quality, and well priced. This is IMHO the best pet supply in the area. ♡ I have never had a bad experience here.

First time in the store I had a great experience. The young ladies answered all my questions and made great recommendations on what my dog needed to keep him healthy and around a lot longer. I’m very pleased with the selections and the employees. Thanks Again Y’all.

The cashier was very friendly day & helpful in finding just what I needed for my dog! She made us feel as if we were long time customers & friends. I would highly recommend this store to others.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about pets. Most of the people who work here are pet owners and are very helpful with answering questions
