Great price for a day of beach fun. Beach has a ton of shells, that's the only thing I didn't enjoy (soft feet lol).

Cleanest restrooms I've ever seen. No cob webs, windows clean, toilets sinks clean, floors clean, no garbage any where. Park was wonderful. Workers very pleasant. I give 5 out 5 stars.
Buckeye Pavilion is at Guntersville State Park in Alabama and I was there today with my family. You can get some specifics with Google so I'll share a little about the entire park. Superb golfing, stunning facilities, a weeks worth of hiking trails, cabins, chalets, deer walk to your hand, and it's all water front to Guntersville Lake. You can visit for a day or rent a cabin, camping spot, or a room at the Lodge. Each and every person that I've encountered that works there has been phenomenal!! I don't review every place that I go but I can't pass up a review of Guntersville State Park!
We enjoyed our swim here and the beach was really nice. Half in the grass and half in the sand. Not wheelchair accessible! Water was clean, restrooms are in need of repair but they were clean and the station to clean yourself off was broken. This park could use some love or volunteers to give it a makeover. Over all, it was a good experience :). If you want to go when there's not many people, go on a Sunday morning while everyone is in church.
