Always fast service and the rewards program is nice!
Horrible customer service the attendant instructed me to move to a different pump since the pump was not allowing for any fuel to pump and then cancel the transaction after I did. She then refused to put the 30 dollars that was prepaid on the new pump that I had moved to and then proceeded to let me know that she would refunded me my money in 5 to 7 business days. I asked to speak to her manager and she refused to call after 45 minutes of waiting for her to call I contacted my bank and got the transaction (which had not been refunded) returned to me. I feel she was trying to pull a fast one and collect money and scam the company since no refund was issued to my bank. Her refusal to call a manager is horrible customer service for a murphy member who gets gas 2 times a week. Will never be back again to any of there locations due to this.
Always seems to be the lowest price in town. I always look for Murphy USA when I travel. Their always clean and easy to get to.
For a quick way to get something on the run and lots of fuel pumps..
I truly enjoy the manager of this store. She knows exactly what she's doing and she is very professional about it.
