Extremely pleasant shopping experience. From the entrance door to the exit door. Outstanding customer service. Wish I would've got the young man's name that helped us. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The entire staff that was on duty done a superb job. ⭐ud83cudf1f⭐

We adopted Ember. A precious adult golden cat. She had just came into the store moments before our arrival. The assistance we received was perfect. They made sure we were sanitized prior to interaction. They weren’t “overly pushy” while we were making out decision on whether or not Ember would be a good fit. They ask questions pertaining to her potential home and welcomed our questions/concerns. As we were doing our paperwork, I overheard the assistant happily sharing the fact that Ember had just came in from the shelter and had already been adopted. They were so very happy for her to find a family so quickly. This specific store and the employees, we met with several, were perfect in every way. Thank you all for your help and love for the fur babies before they find their forever home.nJamie

ALL dog harnesses no matter the brand or the size was $26.99. I totally understood the harness with all the extras on it priced like that but not the xs bare minimum harness. Definitely smaller than other Pet Smart stores. I feel like their supplies were limited too. Ended up finding a better harness that had padding under the arms (legs) for less than $10.00 at Walmart up the road.

Took my dog for grooming....they girls were all super sweet and they did an excellent job on my baby!

Ashley did such a good job! She was very sweet and loving to my Sasha and she did excellent work. The place was clean and everyone was very nice. We wont go any where else.
