Great medical spa in Columbus! I love that they have medical doctors in the office (the spa is attached to a dermatology clinic), ensuring extra safety and cleaning protocols. Of my many visits, I think that the skin pen and hydrfacial were my favorites.

This was my first professional Brazilian wax and I was left disappointed. Nikki was the one who waxed me and I guess she doesn’t have much experience with waxing curly hair because she didn’t know which way to pull the strips. Her hand kept slipping. She left a patch of long hairs in an area, plus other stray hairs. It just seemed like she was hesitant to do her job-which was disappointing. So if you have curly hair-don’t let Nikki give you a Brazilian wax.
