We had a backup into our home from an outside line. We called Roto-Rooter and they came quickly, and got the problem fixed. I am particularly grateful for our tech, Anthony, who got out of bed and came almost an hour away to get to us in the middle of the night. He was kind, knowledgeable, really wonderful and helped get us straightened out before family came in for the Easter holiday.

Thank you Anthony...I was very pleased with their service and professionalism, they came in checked everything, horned in on the problem and fixed my clogged drain. I had 2 different plumbers before they came out and no one checked under house where the plumbing ran but these guys. They explained their findings as well as what they were doing to fix the problem. They made recommendations as to what still needs to be done and what I should do for maintenance going forward. I will be using them for follow on work in the near future. A friend told me to call roto -rooter they will fix it right the first time and my friend was right.

The Gentleman was absolutely wonderful! I have a toddler who was eager to help and instead of getting aggrevated he was eager to explain! He kept the work area spotless and very respectable at all times. Also I love the fact that they where in constant contact with me until he got here. Having someone update you helps relieve the stress!!!

Great customer service. Everyone from Dispatch to Tech calls you by name. Teddy and Shaun represent the company well. Explains and answers questions without hesitancy. I have a sense of comfort my issue was appropriately addressed. Great job!

It took 1.5 hours to complete the job. The cost of the part was $29.36. The total cost was $503.00. That’s $480.00 in labor costs. When I called the next day to inquire I was told Roto Rooter charges $300.00 per hour for labor. When booking the job I was told the technician would give me a price before starting the job. Well, when I ’asked him’ he gave me an ‘about’ price, but did not tell me labor was $300.00 an hour. I would have cancelled the job immediately. I am extremely upset and feel violated and cheated.
