Good experience in general. However, I was a few minutes late (less than 10 minutes late) and they had to reschedule me for later that day because they were short-staffed that day. There was a minor inconvenience trying to get back into the office, too. The dentist and dental hygienist were great, however, and pointed out a possibility that my last dentist (who was also wonderful) didn't consider.

Aspen Dental in Columbus MS is a very nice and beautiful facility. The staff was nice and treated me very well. I was in pain and needed an extraction. As a new patient, I received a free exam and full set of xrays. After a consultation from hygenist and doctor, my tooth was expertly and painlessly extracted in 10 to 15 minutes. I am so pleased. I highly recommend Aspen in Columbus!

My experience at Aspen Dental was amazing. I started experiencing pain at work and when I got off, I was able to schedule an appointment for Friday. While scheduling an appointment, I was informed about Walk ins. So they accepted me as a walk-in. I was so grateful because I didn’t want to suffer with a toothache on Thanksgiving Day. The team was awesome. The visit was quick and affordable and my insurance was accepted. I think it is great that you all were open a day before and after the holidays and on Saturday’s. Aspen is the first dental clinic that I know in the area that is open on Saturday. Thanks for everything. I am truly satisfied. Also the staff was very friendly.

My long journey started by getting a crown here. Which was placed incorrectly and had to get another facility to call and ensure it was fixed accordingly. Then came the fillings, which one fell out within a day and needed to be redone. Then others failed within a year and had to be redone and now I’m sitting looking at having to have a root canal done. Nothing has been fixed correctly or on the first time. Very disappointed. I’m am a college student who can not afford to keep having mistakes corrected. The staff is nice, but beyond that I would recommend you do not be treated here unless you enjoy the reoccurant visits and constant pain.
