Do not use this dry cleaner for anything you really care about. They ruined my $1000 wool jacket! And then denied any responsibility.
Twice I've taken items in to be cleaned. Once was a rug the second time it was a comforter. I returned to pick them up. The items had been packaged in plastic and said to have been cleaned but I took them out of the plastic and they still had dog hair on them, were dirty; still smelly. Frankly, I was shocked.
This is the worst place I've ever been to. They are complete idiots and extremely rude!!! Do not go here ever!
