Explicitly guaranteed to me that a service would be done by a certain time , and gave me a very narrow window at the end of the day to pick up. I showed up and they had closed early. Had someone else go in the next morning to pick up the comforter (needed for guests coming that day) - still not done. Wish I could give 0 stars
Bummed that they no longer do the 10% discount for pre-pay :(
