The folks there are real nice and let me play my bagpipes here. I wander around the city a whole lot nowadays with a set of bagpipes on my back that I keep in my green pack. Between here, Winfield City Cemetery, and the old Sitel Building, I find this place to be one of the best spots to play my bagpipes at. If you hear the bagpipes playing, you'll know i'm nearby, feel free to come say hello or request me to play a piece, i'd be happy to play for you and will offer you a business card.

Nice park my only issue is that it retains water in areas where it shouldn't other that that it was beautiful and i love the tank and train car
