I let them know that I want dentures over the phone, she set an appointment 2/2/21 she said $450 upfront and they will take an impression, at the appointment, if I was up to it. I’m expecting to ask questions and get an impression done and get this started. The lady that brought me the billing statement was just gonna send me on my way. I was asking Questions about the look of the dentures and she was still on you need to pay this today ,you have to pay this up front. “They told me that when I called. I have the money”. Can someone tell me about dentures I have to deal with for the rest of my life.? No they did not. The dentist Jonathan Barnette Comes in the room Not to introduced himself not to say hello, but say FIRST OF ALL YOUR MOUTH LOOKS A MESS. He’s body looked a mess but I didn’t rudely say that.He said a denture is a denture, they are false teeth, you will never eat or talk the same it’s a denture. Wow, I walked out because that’s RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.. Then they billed my insurance for Service. I told the lady I had an X-ray she said send it to me , we can use that, before I could send it, said never mind BlueCross will pay for another one they don’t mind. Really “ I mind”. I’m going to dispute that on insurance because all they done was an X-ray and printed a bill. I know I need a lot of work done, that’s why I was at a dentist office. Who wants a dentist to put them down? Judge them and insult them? I’m self conscious about my smile, and I went to this Man to fix that but instead he made it worse. I will find a dentist that’s compassionate and that’s about to talk to me in a respectable manner and able to give me a decent denture that I have to live with, so if your mouth don’t lo healthy, or if you need dentures, and want to ask questions you may want to check around.

Dr. Barnette is great! The staff are very pleasant and accommodating.
