They are a fast food restaurant but move at their own pace. There has only been a hand full of times where I have actually gotten my order correct.
Went by there tonight and ordered 3 of there big bacon burgers. Well they had me pull up to wait because they had to cook my bacon. Well I get my sandwiches drive 10 min to get home and guess what my bacon was RAW!!! Never again
I have always loved Jack's food and I stop when ever I can especially if they have truck parking
I don't know why the past year and a half our Jack's has been having issues . Like this morning I go order a deluxe breakfast plate and I got home and I didn't get my hash browns ud83dude2d this is not the first time something has been left out The service has been bad at times and slow most of the time. I have worked in fast food before I understand how it goes But Jack's in Gin Get it together
