Still under the Pandemic policy. Room well cleaned before arrival but nothing while there. I did expect towel service and did not get it. We were not told this when we checked in. We would have been fine to call down if we had not just returned from a funeral at 5pm to a room just as we left it. No clean bathroom. We missed the normal Hampton Inn breakfast but know that all hotels are offering a box breakfast at this point. Just little things we never thought about were not there. A cup to take a pill. I understand, just did not consider that. IT is a nice hotel. Good parking. Easy access.
Two workers here are awesome names Aron and Kim they will go out there way to make sure your stay is just as planned. Beds are cozy and the only change they need is breakfast but everything else especially having a warm indoor clean pool to swim in is right up anyone alley with kids. Thanks guys
First time staying here my baby and I wanted a get away from Atlanta this weekend. The hotel was nice however, our room was not as cleaned as I would have liked it to be. The beds were super hard and the water didn’t get hot. Nevertheless it served its purpose for what we were doing and that was relaxing. We come again if given a different room.
Mediocre at best. I spent one night here to attend a funeral the next day. Our bed comforter and a pillow case was stained. There was only one staff member at that was phenomenal. She went above and beyond the call of duty despite what we experience. She alone needs more than 5 stars. However, the conditions at this time were not good at all.
Leslie helped us check in today and she was perfectly awesome and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and very clean. This is my second time at this location and it's always been a peace of mind.
