Yeah, many people said that online system is terrible.nI partially agree with that, i was also someone who try ing to make an enrollment on online.nAnd I was also suffered by SUSCC online system.nSo, i decide to make an appointment in-person,nAnd in SUSCC on Opelika, Joseph Halsey, who is the kindest person in SUSCC Opelika, helped me and my father to understand all about enrollment and make my appointment about accuplacer test, and in-person meeting. My experience was TERRIBLE HERE. Getting them to send transcripts, setting up financial aid, or anything that requires work, takes them FOREVER. They do everything last minute. If You call and ask for assistance one person will tell you to do one thing and another person will tell you something different. I almost couldn’t even start school back to back years because of them. Unless you plan on having to call, email, and go up there and harass them, nothing will be done and you’ll be stuck having to go to school the next semester & they’ll have no sympathy about that happening to you either.

If I could leave 0 stars I would . I called this morning for 2 simple questions and Amber in admissions was so RUDE!! She sounded as if she could careless and she did not try to help me at all. Idk if she didn’t want to be at work this morning , but she does not need to be the one answering the phones .
