Quiet and friendly

I agree with the other person who said if they could give no stars they would. They are crooked snakes. I briefly lived there and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Not only are all the other posts true about the ridiculous rules, but they do not maintain their properties like a responsible tenant should. I wasn't there a couple weeks and noticed bites all over my kids, so I took him to the doctors they told me they thought it was bed bugs. I told him I never had any kind of issue like that and they said well you just moved into a new place maybe they're in the new house. So I call an exterminator out and lo and behold it is bed bugs. I went to Becky the manager, if you want to call her that, she claims she had to get up with the corporate office about the issue. So they made me sit there and wait with bed bugs in my house for some sort of answer from the corporate office as to whether or not they were going to rid the issue. Needless to say during that time I was not staying there even though I paid for it. Well anyhow the corporate office told me that it was my fault I must have brought them in they weren't going to pay for it they expected me to pay $1,500 out of pocket to remedy the issue. I told him that they were crazy it was a health and safety issue and also their property that I was just renting for a short period of time at that point so obviously it was an issue before I ever moved in but because I had kids and didn't want to move I told him I would offer half of the cost if they could take it off my rent or even half out right. They refused so I took my key to Becky she sign on a piece of paper where I turn my key in and had moved out. I thought it was over. I wound up leaving all my stuff there I lost everything all my furniture my dishes my washer and dryer because I didn't want to take bed bugs to my new house. So let me tell you how sneaky they are Becky goes and gets an eviction posted to the door of the trailer in her park that I was no longer living at knowing I would have no way of knowing I was getting served with an eviction. Despite the fact she had my forwarding address and my phone number. So a court proceeding goes on that I have no idea about until I get some sort of note in the mail about a monetary damage claim. I did show to that of course the judge did not make me pay for a dime of the bed bug issue because they told them there's absolutely no proof that she brought them in there in fact I even had the tenant at my old house sign a paper that she had never had any issue of bed bugs so at the house I moved out of didn't have them but the house I moved into did obviously they came from that house. Well, like I said they didn't find me liable for paying for the cost of the bed bug issue, however I had missed my court date about the eviction as I had no idea considering it was served to the door of the trailer I didn't live in so under Alabama state law they had to charge me for the months of time until it had went to court. They charge me for attorney fees of course they didn't get everything they were asking for but it's around $3,000 in total. That very same judge that day told me to go get a private attorney and sue them because what they did was wrong and he hated to even grant them the money they were asking for but there was no way around the law. The judge knew I knew and they knew what they did was wrong but they're so greedy and money hungry they didn't care . So they put a judgement not for any fiction before an unlawful detainer on my credit. I am now 32 years old and never in my life had any kind of issue with an eviction or foreclosure except for with this company if that's what you want to call it. . They know what they did was wrong it unethical. I'm telling you they are swindlers and Crooks please do not waste your money moving there! I'm not the only person3 they've done this to!

Do not ever rent here. If I could give it no stars I would have. Place is like a prison. Can't do this, don't do that. Cant even ride bikes or play music in your car or walk around after dark. Scam artists who charge you for everything under the sun and just want to take your money. Becky, the property manager is rude and nosey, not to mention a sneaky liar. Her husband is nice, but she sends him to spy on the entire property, patrolling alllllll day and night. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
