While I appreciate they provide a much needed service, the Summersville driver does not respect private property signs and continues to turn in my driveway twice a week. My road is privately maintained, meaning I must pay. It is not made for commercial traffic. If MTA wants to pay for the gravel, filling potholes they've caused and constant upkeep, fine. If not, they need to turn around BEFORE THE PRIVATE PROPERTY SIGN!

Not a frequent rider, but my son is from time to time. If I’m not home, or unable to get him to work, as long as one of us calls to schedule him a ride at least a half hour before he needs to be there, we usually don’t have a problem. It is however somewhat of an inconvenience if you need a ride and it’s after 4 pm. The office closes at 4 and they don’t accept calls after that time, but they continue to give rides until 8pm. That can be a definite hassle at times.
