Terrible, small truck reserved not there., took 45 min + to get thru to the 1 800 # to get help. We had a court order to be at a house to pick up items and was late due to the horrible situation.
Some of the best customer service I've had at a Uhaul and I go to them almost daily as a mover.
Staff was great truck was there on time. We used Mountain State movers as well they done a great job.. Highly recommended !!!
They were great people to work with last winter even found online Mountain State Movers to help me with my move and everything went perfect!! Thank You very much I couldn't have done it with out you all!!!!!
