I would give them 10 stars if I could! I contacted the agency bc they had made the travel arrangements for a study abroad program at the university. We needed to get our child home ASAP, and were pretty much on our own doing it, and struggling. I spoke with my angel, Rhonda, who jumped in and took care of everything!! She changed the flight, booked the hotel, spent alot of time working with me to arrange all so that we could get our child home, even asking that I let her know when he was at the hotel after a long train ride. So patient, so kind, knowledgeable, an angel.

We always use Travel Network and have for many years. We have booked all of our all-inclusive resort trips and even a few US trips with no problems at all. Each year we are so fortunate to experience beautiful new locations thanks to the friendly, helpful staff. We certainly have never been disappointed and will continue to be repeat customers!
