We had great help from West Run as we were trying to rent a storage unit. As it turns out we had to get a unit in another city. But the person was very patient and very helpful. They went above to help!

I called West Run Storage around 9pm on a Saturday night with an emergency situation. I needed a storage unit for the early morning Sunday night.
