Not a very nice looking trailer park, in my eyes a nice mobile home court is a family oriented and friendly area. A place you can live and feel safe. This is in (opinion only) not like that picture, but you can always drive by and take a look for yourself. I would have posted photos but I never found anything there that I would feel comfortable showing anyone else.
OK well its a trailer park, very small lots and the management has some issues with maintaining a well managed trailer park. I have visited friends there and they have never had anything good to say about it, unless they were telling me about how interesting it is to live there. They also have high expectations of moving as soon as possible. Basically mud roads when its rainy and dust roads otherwise. Mobile homes that are run down. But dont take my word for it take a drive a check out all the wonderful amenities. That way you don't get into something you may want out of later. Then again on the other hand if your in a spot and need a place the management isn't picky. Money is the same color no matter where it comes from.
