Very nice storage units. Love how the lights turn on automatically when you open the door. Not sure about the review of dampness, I checked my unit after days of steady rain and it was bone dry. The Brick Stone staff is excellent to work with; very accommodating. Have recommended these units to friends and will continue to do so!nnEdit: 1 year laternAfter over one year of having this storage unit I can say the owners truly are great people to deal with. Getting in touch is easy. I prefer text messaging due to my work schedule and I always get a prompt response. They are always so kind and willing to help. Bottom line is this is a great storage facility owned by good local people. A+
I may be a little partial as I have lived in one of the townhomes for five years and have nothing but good things to say about the owners and the storage units. These are sturdy units made from block and shingle roofing. The area is well lit at night and some of my neighbors who store their extra belongings there have never had a problem with the owners or the units. They are more than accommodating and are there quickly if needed.
The road is hard to find,but really nice facilities
I'm a family of 3 have a daughter that is 3, we rented one of the townhouse & a storage unit from these horrible people & it was a nightmare!!!! These people are bad & I would be careful renting from them! It's sad, and even worse how they affected my 3 year old daughter! It's not right, they should be ashamed!
Units are supposed to be climate control. We cleaned out our unit today and was very damp. A lot of our things had mildew on them. We had to throw out several of our things. The musty smell was terrible in our unit. Very dissappointing to have to part with family holiday decorations, that can't be replaced.
