Excellent parking facility located in the heart of downtown Morgantown with easy entrance and exit from both the spruce Street side as well as the Walnut Street side. The facility also contains the public safety building with a Morgantown Parking Authority, Police department and the municipal court room. Convenient hey stations will accept cash as well as credit cards and only charged for the amount of time you are in the garage as it is a pay when you leave situation. Within easy walking distance of most businesses and attractions in downtown Morgantown.
Went to court over a parking ticket and was found guilty. I overheard the officer and the lawyer talking afterwards about how there were no grounds on which to cite me and they were brainstorming random things that could apply, but nothing did. Very distasteful and unfair.

Morgantown parking prices are horrendous. This place is as about as cheap as you can get for being this close to downtown campus. There are some Church parking lots which are cheaper, but they are normally full. The good thing about this one is they charge you based on how long your car sits, you pay before you leave instead of right after you park.
This place is a den of thieves. No compassion for people who over never received a ticket before, only 10 days to pay your ticket before they double your fine. I hear they even block students from graduating who haven’t paid. Maybe they’ll use the money they steal from miserable occupants of this dump of a city to fix the roads properly one day.
