If you're like me and you don't want to walk a long ways to get on campus, then it's a great parking garage but that's about where the plus side stops. There is no real campus police patrols in this parking garage, the cameras either don't work or no one really cares about them, the elevators are death traps (they have dropped students before), people drive so fast and recklessly in the parking garage that I'm amazed nobody has been killed or seriously injured yet (it's to the point where it's a legend to both students and staff for that very reason), and the whole parking garage shakes every time a car drives through. If you don't mind those reasons then yeah it's a great place to park, but if you're hoping for some kind of safety or security there, you're out of luck. That parking garage feels like it's going to collapse, and there are pieces of the ceiling that fall on almost a daily basis. Even the stairs look like they've had something heavy dropped on them in more than one spot, and if there's cold rainy day, it's common to see ice on the stairs. I've seen schools with less funding do better at keeping up the parking garage.
