This has to be the worst hot spot ever. Not because of decor or cleanliness. They actually did very well in that regard. Its the horrible customer service (especially the old lady with long grey hair who is obviously miserable and seems to want everyone around her to feel the same...and they do) and the poor selection of snacks. There is a hot spot on every corner and they all have basically the same machines so why anyone would go to that one is beyond me. I went three times and every time that old lady was working and was so rude I had to leave and go else where. Never again!

I'm currently in a law suit with this company for not fowing the Responsible gaming laws in the state, Mike Myers the director of the West Virginia lotto Department and the Attorney General are assisting me in this case. I am banned from entering any LLv Establishment in the state of west va. Edward mccauley Pittsburgh pa, They Also smoke Even though it's a code violation
