I had an excellent experience with the Fairmont, WV DMV. Renewed my drivers license and it was timely and courteously done.

Never answer your call, poor attitude from employees and felt rather uncomfortable with how they treated people that they are WORKING for!!

The most convenient, quickest location to get a new license. They don't do titlework. That's in the name.

The. PeoplenThat work in this place are horrendous the woman that took my daughter paper. Today. Was rude and jerked out of her hand. Then the other woman that was giving my daughter her driving test. Was rude. To her and would not give her time to find anything For crying out loud the girl was nervous. Back the hell off I will not be going back to this place. I really didn’t want. To give a star either the only thing it did have going for it is where it located but the hell with that I go to Morgantown at least they seem to have common courtesy Mad and disrespect mother. . ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

This place is absolutely horrible. I have been to this DMV several times since it first moved in. The first 2 times were fine, I was in and out very quickly. The last 4 times I have been in there it has been a complete disaster. The staff is so slow I almost put an application in just to show them that it isn't rocket science. On top of it all, the staff is rarely even out front. I have absolutely no clue what can be so important in the back room that you need to go back there for 20 minutes at a time. Either way this place sucks. The service sucks. The staff sucks. Everything about this place sucks. Although the chairs you wait in are comfy but that's still no reason that the staff can suck just cause you have a nice seat to sit in.
