Expelled for something 9 months ago, with 120 credits completed and 4 days until graduation. Appealed over a month ago and have yet to hear back from them. They take your money/time and you get nothing in return. They're slow with everything. None of their departments have phone numbers. Up until now I had no complaints, guess they no longer care when they're not getting your go bill.

The APUS financial aid system is not properly designed to provide efficient solutions and support to its students, nor is it effective in addressing issues to resolve matters in a timely fashion. Grading system is broken causing student to do Title4 funds return while APUS still get to keep the money & lock in debt to the student. Professors have no control nor any flexibility

American Military University are amazing! Over the course of military career they have been with me navigate over military training schedules, deployments in various parts of the world with helping me complete my courses. Their instructors have been instrumental. And here in about 2 weeks, I am scheduled to graduate with my bachelors in Information Technology. It’s been a long toad to travel but well worth it. Thank you

Excellent University! I recieced my Bachelor's and Master's at American Public University Systems. My experience was awesome! Instructors, mentors and doctors were all professional. Each professor had superb knowledge of their class material they were teaching each student. They were very supportive in all area's if I needed anything. Each and every time I made a business call to American Public University the staff were always polite, supportive and understanding to my needs. Academic and Financial Aid advisors were always providing excellent information that was beneficial for present and future reference. There are tutors to assist with class material as well. The entire staff at American Public University has always given me over 100 percent of assistance.
