I really thought there would be more selections of things that I was looking for.. super highly priced too. Nice and courteous staff tho, and a nice clean store. And you can take your pets in, so it's a plus but not for this chick.

Booked a grooming appointment for my dog a week prior to the appointment date (Saturday). We arrived at PetSmart and they turned us away because the groomer we scheduled had gotten sick on Tuesday. The individual we spoke with at the reception desk informed us that they had called several times since Tuesday trying to reschedule, but we couldn’t find any missed calls or messages except the auto generated call from Friday to confirm the appointment (all the more reason to think everything was good to go). We had the same issue at the Bristol, VA. location, but they at least had the decency to make sure we received the message. I will never visit this store again for any services.

Amazing service. All employees work very hard to keep the store clean and ensure social distancing. The staff in pet care do exceptionally well at keeping the animals healthy and their habitats clean. I highly recommend stopping here for all your pet needs.

I've never had an issue here & I've taken multiple pets. Always great with my grandmother's dogs during grooming. I took one of my dogs for training, Ashley is the best there is! Staff is always helpful & friendly. Even when they're busy they're polite & help as quickly as possible.

Cashiers did not know what I was talking about or what fish I was requesting . very nice clean store
