To be honest this place would be great if the staff they hired here knew what they were doing. Most times they don't want to help you and you end up hunting all over the store just to find the right person for the department. The items are never in the correct spot and the staff most times know nothing about to product you're talking about and sometimes send you on a wild goose chase for things you don't need. I recommend you find the items yourself and don't trust the staff to help you. You do that and you'll be fine. Once Lowes decides to train their staff correctly, I'll give this particular location a better rating.

Very clean and well organized and when they have the staff to help you when you need it they are generally very nice and usually go out of their way to help in any way possible.

Thank you Ann , Maggie and a another man was helped me to looking for stuff and patient with me . Good people at Lowe’s in Lewisburg! I’m a Vietnamese, I don’t know English is very well. But all people are working at stores nice to helpful me . Thank you all

I asked one of the employees to help me find 2x4x6 lumber and she hits a couple things on the computer and points and says “ right over there”. I looked for about 5 minutes then went back and said you are going to have to show me. She attempted to find them and she also couldn’t. Another employee had to tell her they didn’t have any. Pure laziness on her part. So over Lowe’s ! Found 12ft ones at another lumber store and they even cut them into 6ft for me ! Now that’s service !
