The service here is incredible and there are so many fun things to do... But the reasons for my 3 stars is the price and the food. Nothing here is free, and everything is so expensive. A one hour activity for two people was over $400... It was insane. The spa service I received was the worst massage I ever had, also over $400... For being such a nice place, the food here is very poor. The best meal we had was at Prime 44, for two people and that was almost $400. I just expected better for how expensive everything was...

Staying at The Greenbrier is definitely out of our budget, but we couldn't be in White Sulfur Springs without visiting it. My daughter and I enjoyed strolling through the shops and common spaces. We stopped for ice cream to go at Drapers. The peach ice cream was amazing and my daughter enjoyed the cookies and cream. Be sure to check out the cute Christmas shop by the Amtrak station (the shuttle will take you there). We didn't have time this trip, but next time we'd like to stop by the art houses to see glassblowing and leather working. We did not do the bunker tour this time but hope to do it some day.

You never have to leave the resort. You might want to plan your activities early to make sure you have a spot. If you get a chance to see Frank Mosley, be sure to stop and talk to him!! He's worked there for 62 years and is a very kind man! The only downside is that you have to have a sports jacket to get accepted into the casino after 7PM and no workout attire allowed for breakfast. We stopped on a whim and didn't have the right clothes with us. Resort casual and sports coats only. Drinks and food have a healthy price tag. Plan your trip.

What an amazing place. The history, the beauty, and a load of things to do with Family and friends. It's hard to imaging the Bunker was a reality, and the peacefulness of the locale makes you understand why is been so popular for so long. The food and service are truly top notch. Should be on your bucket list.

We went to The Greenbrier to tour the bunker and was very impressed with the beautiful and immaculate grounds and the staff was very attentive! Greeted us warmly as you enter and greeted us again as we were leaving. Lots of history and would love to come again to experience a few nights in one of their prestigious rooms! The tour was great! I'd recommend it!
