After 6 months of working on my replacednand newly manipulated knee I have arrived at my last day. I am now able to ride a bike again after 7 years and walk stairs easily. The professional manner in which the physical therapists have worked with me in a partnership contributed greatly to this success. They also motivated me to work hard at home, seek out a manipulation on the stuck knee and did this with positive energy (thanks to Shannon and Sarah).

TLDR 10/10;nnI spent months here after my second knee surgery going from almost no range of motion, incapable of doing basic things to a fully functioning athlete with a very demanding lifestyle. I spoke to the front desk almost every day changing my appointments and times to coordinate with my two jobs and other various appointments that came up. Every time they were very friendly and flexible to adjust with my ever changing schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, everyone was able to quickly answer any question I had and fully capable of translating it into Layman's terms for me. Matt and Sarah worked with me the majority of the time and were incredibly helpful. Fingers crossed I never have another knee surgery, but if I do, I'm calling Judy at the front desk immediately.

Pivot Physical Therapy has been a great place to return to full functioning after my Total Knee Replacement. The staff is prompt, courteous and helped keep my morale up in the early days of therapy. They worked with me to accomplish my goals, I am told, fairly quickly. I'm going to miss going in for therapy. I worked with Matt and Sarah and both were professional, but friendly and down to earth. I actually enjoyed going to my PT sessions. And the Halloween costumes were great too.nnI highly recommend Pivot in Shepherdstown to anyone needing PT.

Came to Pivot in Shepherdstown with a ruptured disk and pain in my left leg that dates back several years. Thanks to their wisdom and patience, I came away with no pain. Excellent job! Highly recommended.
