My daughter had her ACL replaced in October 2020. She started PT at the inwood location and they have her about two months ahead of schedule on getting back to normal and back on the basketball court. All the staff has been wonderful and very helpful with her recovery. I HIGHLY recommend Rankin Physical Therapy.
My 7 yr old grandson had to have therapy after having surgery on his arm. Everyone here does a wonderful job. A special mention goes out to Aaron. He encourages my grandson when he is inclined to quit and does it in such a fun way that he gets the therapy he really needs and has fun at the same time. Matt is also so good at motivating Grayson. This is a fabulous place!!nWe also utilize this facility for the silver sneakers program and enjoy it very much. They take precautions during this time of covid and we feel safe there. Recommend them highly.
I have had a wonderful experience with the Inwood location. They are very clean and keep everything sanitized, even a pen I used. I had a situation happen with an employee at another location but as soon as I mentioned it to the receptionist at the inwood location it was no time before the owner called me to apologize and let me know the situation would be handled. He was super nice! I have never had any other issues with Rankin and I have always and still do recommend them.
If you would like to go to a business where affairs start than this is the place to be. Affairs between staff and customers of course. One of the physical therapist assistants to be exact. If you let the owner know, they don’t do anything about it either.
Very clean facility and knowledgeable friendly staff.
