The price of Shell is good, but the service has a lot to be desired. You get employees who are slow, claim they can't hear you, repeatedly ask you what you want. I got do frustrated at one point, I just left. You companies better start to realize that Covid 19 is not an excuse for your lack of customer service. You need to get with the program and come up with a way to satisfy your customers while dealing with this
Very clean store and cute bathroom. The cashier was quite friendly, smiles and waved when I walked by and into the attached Dunkin Donuts!
I will never go back to this store. It's convenient and the store itself is great. The store (not Dunkin Donuts) employees are always so rude! They have no customer service skills and act like the customers are a nuisance to them.
Pump 9 hasn't worked in weeks. I love je pump number 9. Romo!
