Horrible customer service. But only when it's the younger employees. The ones that have been there a while are AMAZING and handle everything with a smile but it's the teens or early 20s that seem to always have an attitude about any and everything. Which definitely causes me to avoid this Sheetz. if I know I have to go to one I just make the extra drive to the next one on Tablet Station.
Its clean and fast check outs ,good food, and affordable
It's a Sheetz, stopped for gas and a few snacks, didn't have a huge selection like some other sheetz I've been to. Wasn't a bad experience, gas was a bit higher that I am used to for being in WV.
I love sheetz in general. They have pumpkin pie milkshakes and pumpkin chia shakes ud83dude0b for now in the mto menu. I tried both yesterday and ud83dudc4d ud83dudc4d lol. Very good.
Customer service is horrible they messed up my order didn't know it till I got home. I live 35 minutes from there its on my way home from work thats why I stop there but I ordered 2 salads and the salads was made wrong plus the salads taste like they was expired. It was really dry. I called too see what they could do about correcting the problem with my food. I called and I was told pretty much its not there problem to eat somewhere else. I should have gotten a refund or atleast the salads made over again. I ended up throwing them in the trash. And driving too a 7 eleven. Will not ever order food there again and I will make sure people know of the situation.
