ROCS EMPLOYEES ARE USUALLY PRETTY AWESOME.nHowever, I am so sad that they know nothing about growing and kindness to employees. Their is a click, I have seen people come and go that aren't part of that click or on their team for development. Not a mom or pop store. No loyalty to employees or Positive Mentors. Too much negative gossip and targeting employees not part of a click. They certainly need an Employee Assistant Program. I want to feel joy and happiness in a store that shines with Greatness not burden with Stress!
Okay place if you want to get fired for no reason when it's not even your fault they will fire you for no damn reason
