I was worried about the procedure because my back already hurt and the thought of sticking needles where I was in pain made me upset. You were wonderful by telling me what you were doing every step of the way, what I was going to feel and gave me good advice about breathing in my nose and out my mouth to calm me down. The room was pleasant and you were all very professional. I am feeling a lot less trepidation about my next visit. I would recommend you to anyone. I am pleased that you took the time with me afterwards to check on my blood pressure and my chat a bit before discharging me. Thanks.

Professional and friendly atmosphere.nDoctors are efficient & willing to answer any questions you might have.nI've gotten pain relief for the first time in years. Injections are somewhat uncomfortable but bearable considering the amount of relief you get.nI highly recommend.

I received excellent care at The Pain Center of WV. I never had a problem getting an appointment with my limited availability. Also, once there, I never had to wait long which is a definite plus. Dr. Baksh is very laid back and easy to talk to. He was very thorough in discussing my lower back issues and options. I definitely recommend The Pain Center of WV and Dr. Baksh.

Maybe if the bitter women answering the phone were a bit more pleasant, people would want to come there. Why would I spend my money to come there if I can't get a decent greeting on the phone? It is very simple.

You can expect to find a caring professional support staff that understands why you're having to BE treated at the facility.nAs for Dr.Baksh he listens, he treats and then he EVALUATES the results keeping the patient engaged in the process.nThe quality of care, the staff that is ready and able to help along the process, And of course Dr Baksh.nA review from a patient who deal's with the Dr and his staff every month.
