Martinsburg Pediatrics

My son has been going here for almost ten years. They are wonderful! He sees Dr. Caroline Joe and she is absolutely amazing. They are always very professional every time we come in. Her supporting staff is equally as nice. I highly recommend this doctor's office!

READ ALL PLEASE! My wife and I have been trying to get our kids' records for over 2 months now because we're changing offices. This place is horribly run and has some extremely rude staff, especially Kim. Our new pediatrician has tried several times with requests for records. Dr. Joe's staff have repeatedly lied about not receiving any requests. We know they got all of them, even the very first one because they called my wife about it. They still claim they know nothing about that. I went into the office a month ago to demand our records once again. Again, the lady at the desk said she never received any requests, so I pressed harder and wow suddenly she finds it without even leaving her seat! She told me Dr. Joe would have to read and sign off on every page. I said I'd wait. Since it had already been over a month, I hoped Dr.Joe would consider it a priority (since the law gives them only 30 days!) So I sat in the office for 2 freaking hours until Dr. Joe came out with only partial records and assured me she would personally see to the rest of them being made ready and she'd give us a call. Well Dr. Joe, where are our records? It's been yet another month! I've left two different messages on their answering machine (it seems like the hours listed on Google aren't correct) and never get any response. At this point, like another reviewer, I am going to have to lodge a complaint with the medical board. Dr. JOE IS IN VIOLATION OF THE LAW! On another note, we saw our new pediatrician for the first time with our daughter and this doctor and office were SO MUCH BETTER! We didn't realize what a terrible place we were taking our kids to for so many years until we experienced a REAL pediatrician's office. Makes my wife and I feel guilty that we may have neglected our children's well being all this time but thinking we were doing the right thing. We should have seen the warning signs... for one, try finding an email for Dr. Joe online. The only way to attempt contact is to call the office desk, show up in person, or send a letter by mail, but the office staff screen everything! Also, how does a doctor actually listen to a child's heart and lungs while she talks at the same time and only puts the stethoscope on for a couple of seconds. It's like she is just going through the motions half heartedly in order to get a paycheck. Save yourself a headache and get some real care for your child by looking elsewhere.

Dr. Joe has been my pediatrician for almost 14 years. She has been understanding towards my wanting time between vaccines (moderate to severe reactions). She takes her time with myself and my girls. Dr. Joe always goes above and beyond. Anytime there has been issue; she has addressed it appropriately.

My child has seen Dr. Joe since the child was a few days old. Dr. Joe is a very caring and intelligent doctor. She has always been very thorough with my child, making sure my child has accurate and appropriate care. Very sweet lady. Always so nice to my child and me. Thank you, Dr. Joe ! I recommend her to any of the parents that ask for a great pediatrician. My child thanks you, too!

Long time patients and this office is now at its best I must say. Dr Joe and her new office staff and new office manager go above and beyond. I want to send a heart felt thank you. Please keep up the great work.
