I had Caldwell for an OB during my pregnancy. Although the nurses never seemed to be familiar with my chart the doctors were and they were incredible. I had total confidence in Caldwell delivering my child. I had to have a C section due to breach position in my child and he was comforting understanding laid everything out on the table and didn’t leave any parts out. He was blunt and straight to the point as I asked him to be. It was a great experience and he’s a very awesome OB. 10/10 recommend to anyone. He even came into my room not just to check on me but asked about the baby. He was polite to me and my fiancé and asked us both if we had questions and talked to us both not just me. He included my fiancé and I know he appreciated that so much.nnWe also take my child to see Dr.Rena for his pediatrician. I would recommend her any day any time and could go on for hours about how amazing she is. I never leave there not feeling a million times a better mother then when I came in. She never leaves anything unexplained and will go through every detail so you completely understand. No Google needed! Sorry Google! She was so understanding when I first came to her distraught from the first pediatrician we initially took my child to. She fixed him immediately validated my concerns and handed me a tissue when I cried because I was so relieved to be heard and not told I was overly worrying about nothing. She ran plenty of tests before she diagnosed my child with colic and is always wishing she had a magic wand to give me whenever he’s sick or just unwell. She does a thorough job examining him at HIS PACE and doesn’t push him whatsoever. Shes phenomenal and I’ll be at a complete loss if we lose her before my child sees a regular physician.

The scheduler told us to take our son to the er or med express... They didn’t have any appointments until March 2. And she was coughing and sick on the phone. Why is she even there? We love doctor Tiff so much, but they need more professional schedulers.

I had a horrible experience with their OBGYN doctor and nurses. When a doctor shows that much disregard for a patient you have to ask yourself, is this the person you want on call when you deliver your child? Is this the person you want calling the shots if there's a emergency or a issue? I will say there are some excellent Midwives up there, Glenda Kay being one. No matter what mood I was in, or angry or miserable she showed nothing but pure empathy. She treats you like a human being and listens. The office staff where always very friendly as well.

I have had amazing health care service the last few months with Dr.Burns she has been very easy to talk to, it does stress me out anymore to go to dr bc she actually listens to what I have to say and tries to figure out what is going on with my health, I am so appreciative I have got a wonderful dr now. I wish her a happy healthy life as well. Thank you so much Dr. Burns for helping me especially with that horrible nerve pain in my head. Bless you so much.

Before Dr. Burns became my primary care I was ready to.leabe tje practice. I had been here for at least 10 years and I couldn't take my dr anymore. Thankfully she left and I got Dr. Burns and she is the best. I cant talk to her and she listens to me and we make recommendations together. Before it was I had no say in anything. I've even walked out of my appts before I got with Dr. Burns. She truly does care about her patients and she has a great attitude. I look forward to my drs appts now. As long as I habe Dr. Burns I won't be switching practices. Thank you Dr.Burns for taking me in as a patient and being so kind and professional.
