Dr. Welch saved my life and my kidneys. I had less than 24 hours to live and he was able to bring me back from the brink of death.

If I could give a -1 star review I would. One of the worst bed-side manners that I've ever seen. He never changed my husband's medication. He said dialysis was the next step. We saw another nephrologist from Martinsburg for a second opinion and she gave us many options. After 2 years we are just now looking at doing home dialysis.nThe new doctor tweaks my husbands medications in response to new bloodwork.nShe gave us two years without dialysis. He gave us NO hope.
