Office staff is very rude, Dr. Schildt used to be a great Dr. I went to him before he started his own practice and when he started his own practice HE asked me to come to his new practice and then his nurse tells me to find another Doctor years later. They say he is to busy to talk to his own patients! That to me is not a very professional Dr. It is sad a good Dr. is to busy to communicate with his patients.

We love Dr.T. Our 3 year old thinks he is the best ever. She loves going to the doctor so she can see Dr.T and the ladies. Doctor T is so great. He really gets to the bottom of what is wrong with you and then he discusses different treatment options. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

My employer switched health care carriers and I needed to choose a new Dr for myself and my daughter since her Dr doesn't accept my new health insurance. I decided to choose the same Dr. for both of us.I got on my health insurance website and searched I decided to go to Dr.Travis Schildt because it said he was accepting NEW PATIENTS. I called to schedule an appointment and found out that I have to be approved by the DR. They advised they would let me know if I was approved or denied in 2 days. A week passes and I don't get a call back, and I call myself to find out with no explanation, he denied me and my daughter to be seen there. I think it is a very poor way to run a business, when you list you are accepting new patients and then to find out you have to be approved and then are denied to become a patient with out explanation. Don't advertise that you are accepting new patients if you have to be approved or denied, plus to have a rule that you have to approve or deny patients when you are accepting new patients is discriminatory.

Friend of both my parents, has been my doctor for some years now. Only doctor I am ever comfortable around and he won't screw you around either! Very friendly staff, they get you in and out.
