WVU medicine

I think this facility is one of the best places in Martinsburg WV. I had a cut on my left eye due to an accident and the work as well as service provided was very genuine. I was very impressed with the staff's respect for my situation and very understanding. They have security here also that made me feel very safe. The security has a officer that I will not reveal but he is super good about making you feel safe and I would say he is a good man. Five stars is not enough for the support they provided.

Services are slow and definitely over priced for all services. Does have handicap parking, entrance and bathrooms. Definitely lack parking spaces. You may have to park 5 plus rows away just to enter the ER, testing and or visiting areas. Has a full cafeteria with awesome freshly cooked food and when available they have the best macaroni salad in town. I've been trying for 3 weeks to buy from the cafeteria at the hospital and the out patient cafeteria across the road and no macaroni salad. I always purchase 10 or more when available. With the overpricing perhaps they should build a 8 floor free parking garage. When you arrive 30 minutes early for your services and ride around looking for a parking space can make you late for your appointment. I also see the handicap parking spots being abused with no handicap tag or plaque card. I do not approve of Berkeley Medical Center and I definitely know that they never own their mistakes of diagnosis. If not life threatening I recommend Winchester Medical Center in Virginia. As a long term patient in the past I wasn't able to sleep one single night due to the nurses banging the aluminium lids for dirty laundry and you hear them laughing and joking out loud then looks at you asking why are you up walking at 2AM. Their food in the cafeteria is awesome but not so much for patients. I tell it by facts not intended to offend anyone but important that people knows EVERYTHING through Google Maps.
