I waited for a long time in line because I had a package that said it was unable to be delivered and was being held at the Post Office. When I finally got to the front the lady asked well how did I know with no slip . Because of the tracking number. She said without a slip I cannot even go look to see if its back there. And told me to take it up w the carrier. What can I do if they still haven't given me a slip?
I went a few days ago and received great service the lady who helped was very friendly and respectful
They've never gave me a reason to complain other than sometimes it's a big line to ship out but it's part of life
I've always received good service here. Everyone at the counter has been able to answer any questions I've had.
This post office is a joke. I paid for fast shipping and the mail man just leaves a slip, sorry i missed you.nHe never bothers to bring the package to my door.nNow i have to wait a week to get it.nI'll never use the usps again.
