They always get it right and have such chipper happy attitudes
Having worked in the kitchen of Nicholasville road and helping open Harrodsburg road I know what is expected of the crew... this canes should be ashamed of the bald bird they sent out today. Frys were soggy and got the no slaw extra toast wrong giving us extra sauce. Fail all around if I was the secret shopper someone’s head would of been ripped off. No breading on chicken. But at least they handed the food out right when we ordered at 11 on a Sunday. Cook to order is not a thing here.
love Raising Cane's but, I have noticed the chicken getting smaller and smaller. extra dipping sauce cost is also on the rise.
Hot and fast drive-thru restaurant, food is usually good.
Fries were cold in the center. And all over. Not even cooked. Chicken was great. Average to 3 stars, but I really was craving fries so a bit disappointing.
