100% Racism,,, worst company in Midland tx, Odessa tx, Pecos tx area.This company don't have respect for black people. Poor management, they don't want to put you in a hotel but make you stay 4 people in a room with one bathroom to shear. if you not white stay away from this company. They have a New Jail house housing at Pecos tx (Go see for your self). They hire a lot of Africans so to be cheap and house them in Jail housing. Not a good company to work. call them Racism-oil not Rolfson-oil.
