I haven't had any problems until today my daughter is sick and crying and they didn't have her prescription on Friday so I'm here today to pick it up and standing in line with a crying baby and the lady is giving me the run around back and forth then I'm waiting to pay for it and their all looking at me like are you gonna shut her up. I can't stand this Walmart!!!!!
They have had my prescription for 2 days and still have not filled it. There were 2 faxed in, but they are only showing one. The doctor said both were faced at the same time. I NEED my blood pressure meds. Very poor customer service.
People on the phone are extremely rude, hanging up, have no idea about what they doing. If you have a choice between horrible painful death and visiting this pharmacy - pick the death and you won't regret.n1/1000, better go to Professional Pharmacy in the same area.
Very friendly and fast
Waited in a long line, finally got to the register and they say sorry come back at 2, goin on lunch. I work at Halliburton out here, had to wake up an hour early from my 4 hours of sleep a night to get to the pharmacy and still didn't get what I needed. I'd go to the other pharmacy in Pecos if you can.
