Regardless of whether or not someone looks young, you ought to have all the tools you need to verify a fake vs real ID. You have the right to refuse the sale, but your reasoning was flawed and humiliating. Heard from many people that this was a good place to get alcohol, but apparently only if you pass an arbitrary appearance check despite legal identification.
Litterly called up there asked to speak to a manager to buy a large amount of cases. I guess they thought I was selling something because I asked to speak to manager or owner, because you know the frontline cashier cant negotiate price points. They hang up on me I think ok its possible they think im just a phone solicitor. I tried calling back twice and both times they picked up and just laid the phone down not even speaking to me. Like I get it you get phone solicitors but why do you have a phone for a liquor store if its not for people to order cases. Guess I'll call down the street and buy my 100 bottles from them.
