Bad survise people go over 50 on my street there has been cars that crash and go of into the canal in front of my house and we have made reports and they just say they can't do anything and they have ran over my family dog in front of my face and with my 8 year old sister and my 12 year old brother and the sheriff just said that he couldn't do anything to the guy who did it because there wasn't proof and because he was just an animal. So what are we and my brothers then. Cause we saw and witness it but there was still no proof so we have no word or what ?? And they traspassed private property.
